  • Do I need a credit card?

    You can start your 10-day free trial in order to test all seobase tools. A credit card is needed to start your free trial, however, no initial charges shall be made during the trial period.

  • Can I upgrade, downgrade and cancel anytime?

    Yes, your subscription plan can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately and downgrades come into effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Does my subscription automatically renew?

    The subscription is auto-renewed. You'll be charged each month/year until you cancel it. If you do so, your subscription will be canceled immediately, however, no refund will be made for the remaining period.

  • Can I have an invoice after I subscribe?

    Yes, all your invoices will be collected in your Account settings. You can easily view or download them at any time.

  • Could I delete my account whenever I need to?

    If you ever need to delete your Seobase account, you'd be able to do it in your Account Info settings.

  • Who's there when I need help?
